Terms
Using thiswebsite
Short, because this site does very little. Terms for therapy itself are agreed with you before your first session.
This site is not treatment
Everything published here is general information about the services we offer. It is not clinical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it should not be used as a substitute for speaking to a qualified professional about your own situation.
This site is not an emergency service
We do not monitor the contact form outside working hours, and we cannot respond to emergencies through it. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999 or 112, or the Kenya Red Cross on 1199, which answers 24 hours a day and is free.
Contacting us does not create a relationship
Sending an enquiry does not make you a client and does not oblige either of us to proceed. A therapeutic relationship begins only once you and a therapist have agreed to work together, on terms set out to you at that point.
Fees
No fees are published on this site. You are told the applicable fee before anything is booked, and the first conversation is free of charge.
Third-party links
The support directory lists independent organisations. We have no relationship with them, receive nothing for listing them, and are not responsible for their services. They are listed because they are useful.
Changes
We may update this website and these terms. The date below shows when this page last changed.
