Wellness workshops

Practical sessions,not motivational ones

Facilitated workshops for teams on stress, burnout, grief and the ordinary strain of working life.

What it is

How thisactually works

A workshop cannot fix a workload, and we will say so rather than pretend otherwise. What it can do is give a team shared language for what they are dealing with, and a few things that genuinely help. Sessions are led by a registered therapist, run 90 minutes to half a day, and are built around your team rather than delivered off a shelf. Nobody is made to disclose anything. We would rather run one session your staff talk about afterwards than a series they endure.

What's included

What the programmeactually covers

  • Recognising and interrupting burnout
  • Stress and the nervous system, in plain terms
  • Supporting a colleague who is struggling
  • Grief and loss in the workplace
  • Boundaries, workload and saying no
  • Sleep, rest and recovery
  • Difficult conversations without escalation
  • Sessions built for a specific team on request

Programmes are shaped around the organisation rather than sold off a shelf, so this is a starting point rather than a fixed list. Get in touch and we’ll work out where to start.

How it's set up

From first callto review

  1. 01

    Brief

A conversation about what is actually going on in the team. This shapes the session more than the topic title does.

  2. 02

    Design

We build the session around that, and tell you honestly if what you are asking for will not help.

  3. 03

    Delivery

Facilitated, participatory, and safe to sit quietly in. Nobody is put on the spot.

  4. 04

    Afterwards

A short summary of themes that came up, plus a route into confidential support for anyone who wants it.
