For individuals
Care shaped aroundwho's in the room
Four ways of working, one practice. If you're not sure which fits, say so when you get in touch — working that out is part of the first conversation.

Individual therapy
Weekly one-to-one sessions with a registered therapist, in our Nairobi rooms or by video.

Couples & family therapy
Sessions for partners or families, focused on the patterns between you rather than on any one person.

Group therapy
A small facilitated group meeting weekly — often the fastest way to stop feeling like the only one.

Teen & youth counselling
Counselling for ages 12 to 17, with parents kept appropriately involved but not in the room.
You don't have topick correctly
People often delay getting in touch because they aren’t sure whether they want individual or couples work, or whether what they’re dealing with is “serious enough” for any of it. That judgement isn’t yours to make alone, and getting it wrong costs you nothing — we can move you to a different kind of work at any point, including after the first session.
What each fee covers
Fees depend on the kind of work and how long sessions run, and are agreed before you book anything. Nothing is charged for the first conversation.
