Your mind matters
Therapy that fitsyour life
Talk to a registered therapist in our Nairobi rooms or online — whichever feels easier to start with.
A calmer way tocare for your mind
Mindora exists on a simple idea — that getting support should feel ordinary, safe and unhurried. We are a small practice of registered therapists in Nairobi. We work with individuals, couples, families and teams, and we do it in whatever way suits you: in our rooms, or by video from wherever you are. No waiting lists you never hear back from, no being passed between people. You speak to someone, and then you keep speaking to them.

Getting support,made easy
Tell us what's going on
Send a short message, or call if that's easier. You don't need the right words for it — a sentence is enough to start.

We find the right therapist
We look at what you're bringing, who you'd feel comfortable with, and when you're free. Then we suggest a therapist and a time.

Your first session
Fifty minutes, in our rooms or by video. Mostly you talk and they listen. By the end you'll have a sense of whether it fits.

Keep going at your pace
Most people come weekly at first. You and your therapist decide together how often, and for how long — and you can stop whenever you want to.

Care shaped aroundwho's in the room

Individual therapy
Weekly one-to-one sessions with a registered therapist, in our Nairobi rooms or by video.

Couples & family therapy
Sessions for partners or families, focused on the patterns between you rather than on any one person.

Group therapy
A small facilitated group meeting weekly — often the fastest way to stop feeling like the only one.

Teen & youth counselling
Counselling for ages 12 to 17, with parents kept appropriately involved but not in the room.
Everything you need inone steady place
Confidential
What you say stays between you and your therapist. The few legal exceptions are explained to you in your first session, before anything else.
Sessions that hold
A regular slot with the same therapist each week, so you're not re-explaining yourself to someone new.
In the room or online
Come to our rooms in Nairobi, or join by video. You can switch between the two whenever it suits you.
Not only for individuals
Couples, families, groups and workplace teams — the same practice, the same therapists.
A clear first step
One conversation before you commit to anything, so you know who you'd be seeing and what it would cost.
No pressure to continue
You decide how long you come for. Ending is a normal part of therapy, not a failure of it.
Support your peoplebefore it becomes urgent
We work with Kenyan employers on employee assistance, wellness workshops and manager training — practical support that reaches staff early, delivered by the same therapists who see clients in our rooms.
