How it works
What happens, andwhat it costs
From the first message to the first session — and an honest answer about fees.
Getting support,made easy
Tell us what's going on
Send a short message, or call if that's easier. You don't need the right words for it — a sentence is enough to start.

We find the right therapist
We look at what you're bringing, who you'd feel comfortable with, and when you're free. Then we suggest a therapist and a time.

Your first session
Fifty minutes, in our rooms or by video. Mostly you talk and they listen. By the end you'll have a sense of whether it fits.

Keep going at your pace
Most people come weekly at first. You and your therapist decide together how often, and for how long — and you can stop whenever you want to.

Why there are noprices on this site
We quote rather than publish, and it is worth explaining why rather than leaving you to guess. What a course of therapy costs depends on which kind of work you need, how long sessions run, and how often you come — and for organisations it depends on headcount and scope. A single number on a page would be wrong for most people who read it. So we tell you the figure in the first conversation, before anything is booked, and that conversation is free. Nobody is ever charged for asking what something costs.
- The first conversation is free, and nothing is booked during it
- You are told the fee before you commit to a session
- Fees are per session, with no membership, package or subscription
- If cost is the obstacle, say so — we would rather have that conversation
