Who is responsible

Mindora is the data controller for the personal data described here. If you want to ask about, correct or delete anything we hold, contact us using the details on the contact page and we will respond within the statutory period.

What this website collects

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, the subject you select, and your message.

We ask you not to include detailed health information in that message, because it goes to an ordinary email inbox rather than a clinical record system.

There are no user accounts on this site. The sign-in and registration pages are not connected to anything — nothing typed into them is transmitted or stored.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you. Nothing more. Your details are not added to a mailing list, not used for advertising, and not sold or shared for any commercial purpose.

Where it goes

A contact form submission is sent to us as a single email using Resend, a transactional email provider acting as our processor. It is not written to any database on this website and no copy is kept by the site itself.

The resulting email lives in our own email system, and is retained only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies. We use privacy-preserving analytics that count page views without cookies, cross-site identifiers or anything that would identify you individually. That is why you were not shown a cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act 2019 you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to how we are using it, or complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.

To exercise any of these, contact us. We will not ask you to justify the request.

Clinical records

If you become a client, your therapist keeps clinical notes. Those are held separately from this website, under professional confidentiality obligations, and the specific limits of that confidentiality are explained to you in your first session before you disclose anything.
