Confidential online
mental health care

Start with a free screening. A clinician then reviews it with you and recommends the right care, whether that is counselling, psychology or psychiatry. You meet by video, and pay by M-Pesa.

Everyone starts with the free screening, then a triage. Have a university or promo code? Enter it when you create your account.

The screening is free. A triage is where a clinician reads your answers, chats with you and recommends the right care. The triage fee is taken off your first session, so you do not pay it twice.

We aim to reply to a triage within 2 hours, between 8am and 8pm East Africa Time. If your answers suggest you may be in danger, the triage is free and goes to the front of the queue.

Who we are

A calmer way to
care for your mind

Mindora exists on a simple idea — that getting support should feel ordinary, safe and unhurried. We are a small practice of registered therapists in Nairobi. We work with individuals, couples, families and teams, and we do it in whatever way suits you: in our rooms, or by video from wherever you are. No waiting lists you never hear back from, no being passed between people. You speak to someone, and then you keep speaking to them.

Simple process

Getting support,
made easy

Take the free screening

Answer twenty short questions about how you have been feeling. It takes 5 to 10 minutes, it is free, and your answers are confidential. It is a screening, not a diagnosis.

Book a first session

Confidential

What you say stays between you and your therapist. The few legal exceptions are explained to you in your first session, before anything else.

Sessions that hold

A regular slot with the same therapist each week, so you're not re-explaining yourself to someone new.

In the room or online

Come to our rooms in Nairobi, or join by video. You can switch between the two whenever it suits you.

Not only for individuals

Couples, families, groups and workplace teams — the same practice, the same therapists.

A clear first step

One conversation before you commit to anything, so you know who you'd be seeing and what it would cost.

No pressure to continue

You decide how long you come for. Ending is a normal part of therapy, not a failure of it.

For organizations

Support your people
before it becomes urgent

We work with Kenyan employers on employee assistance, wellness workshops and manager training — practical support that reaches staff early, delivered by the same therapists who see clients in our rooms.
